of the best announcers to be featured at Ice Bowl XVIII

Eastaboga, AL
(December 14, 2008) – Ice Bowl XVIII at Talladega Short Track in
Eastaboga, AL is set and ready for the traditional January affair
coming up January 1st – 4th and will feature some of the best announcers
in the business calling all the action.
Perry Holman,
the “Voiceman” of TST will be joined by Ross Tingle from the Columbus
Speedway in Columbus, MS. Perry and Ross have worked many races
together and know how to get the fans fired up.
Joining two
of the Southeast favorites will be Rick Eschelman, the voice of
the World of Outlaw Late Model Series, as well as some of the biggest
races of the season at the legendary Eldorda Speedway.
Roby Helm the
current voice of the NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series and
former announcer of the Hav-A-Tampa Series will bring his expertise
of the sport and join the trio bringing a quadruplet of announcers
who have many years of experience behind them.
Ice Bowl XVIII
kicks off on New Year's Day and runs through the Championship day
on Sunday January 4th.

Talladega Short
Track is located off of Interstate 20 at either exit 168 or 173
on Speedway Boulevard, one mile east of the Talladega Super Speedway.
