Click here for more info! Regional News: Saturday, May 9, 2009 Formula DRIFT headed into Road Atlanta, the home of the Series' inaugural event back in 2004. Friday, May 8 served as a preview day with both Pro Am and the Formula DRIFT Pro Championship practice and qualifying. Saturday, May 9 was the main event and featured both the Pro Am Top 8 competition and Formula DRIFT Pro Championship Top 32 competition. The Top 32 format was new for the 2009 season and featured more action and excitement than ever before at Road Atlanta.
